Welcome to Growshi. By creating an account or using the Growshi app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. Questions? Email support@growshi.app.

What Growshi does

Growshi is an AI assistant that plans meals, builds grocery carts, and helps you shop. Growshi is not a grocery retailer — we help you assemble and price a cart, but you complete purchases through your chosen store. Prices shown are estimates and may differ from what your store charges at checkout.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use Growshi.

AI-generated content

Meal ideas, ingredient lists, recipes, and prices are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. Always check ingredients and labels yourself for allergies, dietary restrictions, and food safety. Growshi is a planning aid, not nutritional, medical, or dietary advice.

Subscriptions & billing

Some features may require a paid subscription, billed through the App Store or Google Play and managed via RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled, and you can manage or cancel them in your device's store settings. Store policies govern refunds.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Don't use Growshi for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growshi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the accuracy of prices, product availability, or AI suggestions. Your use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the Service over time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using Growshi at any time, and we may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
