  • 4 chorizo sausage
  • 4 crusty bread rolls
  • ½ cup chimichurri sauce

Steps

  1. Preheat a grill or large pan over medium heat.
  2. Grill the chorizos for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked through and browned.
  3. While chorizos cook, slice the bread rolls lengthwise and lightly toast them on the grill or in a pan.
  4. Slice each cooked chorizo lengthwise.
  5. Place one sliced chorizo into each toasted bread roll.
  6. Drizzle generously with chimichurri sauce and serve immediately.
