Harissa Chicken
Spicy and aromatic, this Harissa Chicken features tender chicken thighs coated in a vibrant harissa paste and roasted to perfection.
Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- ¼ cup harissa paste
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together harissa paste, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the harissa mixture.
- Arrange the chicken thighs in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and lightly caramelized.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired, and serve immediately.
