Ingredients

  • 2 mango
  • 4 scallions
  • 1 scotch bonnet pepper

  • ½ tsp salt (optional)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper (optional)

Steps

  1. Peel and dice the mangoes into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Finely chop the scallions and scotch bonnet pepper (remove seeds for less heat).
  3. Roughly chop the fresh cilantro.
  4. Zest and juice the limes.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, chopped scallions, scotch bonnet, cilantro, lime zest, and lime juice.
