- 1½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 4 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- ¼ cup dry white wine (e.g., Pinot Grigio) (optional)
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 loaf crusty bread (optional)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Add white wine if desired.
- Place shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet. Pour the butter mixture evenly over the shrimp.
