Ingredients

  • 2 flatbread
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice mozzarella and halve cherry tomatoes.
  2. Brush flatbreads lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange mozzarella slices and cherry tomatoes evenly over the flatbreads.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden.
  5. Remove from oven, scatter fresh basil leaves over the top, and let cool slightly.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze, if desired, before slicing and serving.
