Quick and easy blistered Padron peppers, lightly charred and seasoned with sea salt, perfect as a tapa or simple snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb Padron peppers
  • ½ tsp sea salt

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over high heat, or preheat air-fryer to 400F (205C).
  2. Add Padron peppers to the hot pan or air-fryer basket.
  3. Fry or air-fry the peppers for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until blistered, wilted, and slightly charred.
  4. Transfer the cooked peppers to a serving plate.
  5. Season generously with sea salt and serve immediately.
