Padron Peppers
Quick and easy blistered Padron peppers, lightly charred and seasoned with sea salt, perfect as a tapa or simple snack.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb Padron peppers
- ½ tsp sea salt
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over high heat, or preheat air-fryer to 400F (205C).
- Add Padron peppers to the hot pan or air-fryer basket.
- Fry or air-fry the peppers for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until blistered, wilted, and slightly charred.
- Transfer the cooked peppers to a serving plate.
- Season generously with sea salt and serve immediately.
