Pork Loin with Italian Herbs
A flavorful and tender pork loin roasted with a fragrant blend of Italian herbs, perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients
- 1½ lb Pork loin roast
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Dried basil
- ½ tsp Dried rosemary
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (optional)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the pork loin dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, basil, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the herb mixture evenly over all sides of the pork loin.
- Place the seasoned pork loin in a roasting pan or on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 45-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) with a meat thermometer.
- Remove from oven, tent loosely with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve.
