  • 4 tbsp coconut milk
  • 2 red bell pepper
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 red onion

Steps

  1. Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes. In a bowl, combine chicken, red curry paste, and coconut milk; mix well to coat.
  2. Chop red bell peppers and zucchini into 1-inch pieces. Cut red onion into thin wedges.
