Red Curry Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients
- 1½ lb chicken breast
- 4 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- 4 tbsp coconut milk
- 2 red bell pepper
- 2 zucchini
- 1 red onion
- 2 lime (optional)
Steps
- Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes. In a bowl, combine chicken, red curry paste, and coconut milk; mix well to coat.
- Chop red bell peppers and zucchini into 1-inch pieces. Cut red onion into thin wedges.
