Venezuelan Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
- 4 egg
- 320 ml milk
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt

- 600 g ground oats
- 50 g butter
- 4 tablespoon sugar syrup (optional)
- 12 strawberries (optional)
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract, and ground oats. Beat until well combined.
- Let the pancake batter rest for 10 minutes to allow the oats to hydrate.
- Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat and lightly grease with butter.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the hot pan.
