Ingredients

  • 4 egg
  • 320 ml milk
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 600 g ground oats
  • 50 g butter
  • 4 tablespoon sugar syrup (optional)
  • 12 strawberries (optional)

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract, and ground oats. Beat until well combined.
  2. Let the pancake batter rest for 10 minutes to allow the oats to hydrate.
  3. Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat and lightly grease with butter.
  4. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the hot pan.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges are set, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve the pancakes warm, topped with sugar syrup and sliced strawberries, if desired.
