  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, napa cabbage, julienned carrots, sliced red bell pepper, julienned cucumber, and sliced green onions.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and honey or maple syrup to create the dressing.
