Steps

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground pork and cook, breaking it apart, until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the coleslaw mix to the skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until the cabbage begins to soften, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha (if using). Toss to combine everything well.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
