Ingredients

  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 8 large eggs
  • ½ lb breakfast sausage
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1 avocado (optional)
  • ½ cup salsa (optional)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro (optional)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Steps
