Ingredients

  • 3 beef tomatoes
  • ½ red onion
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp sherry vinegar

  • 0.2 lb chorizo
  • ½ tsp salt (optional)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper (optional)

Steps

  1. Slice the beef tomatoes and thinly slice the red onion. Place them in a bowl with fresh thyme sprigs.
