Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 medium roma tomatoes
- ½ medium red onion
- 1 medium bell pepper
- ½ cup kalamata olives
- 4 oz feta cheese
- 15 oz canned chickpeas
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano

Steps
