Grilled Portuguese Sardines

Ingredients
- 8 sardines, whole
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp paprika

- 1 red chili (optional)

- ¼ tsp black pepper
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, chopped rosemary, and sliced red chili (if using). Season with salt and pepper.
