Ingredients

  • 500 g tomato sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 red chili
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 tsp sherry vinegar
  • 1 lime juice
  • 4 ice cubes (optional)
  • 0 salt (optional)
  • 0 black pepper (optional)

Steps

  1. Roughly chop the red bell pepper and red chilies.
  2. Peel and crush the garlic cloves.
  3. Combine tomato sauce, chopped red pepper, red chilies, crushed garlic, sherry vinegar, and lime juice in a blender.
  4. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Season the gazpacho to taste with salt and black pepper.
  6. Serve immediately, optionally with ice cubes in each bowl.
