Quick Gazpacho

Ingredients
- 500 g tomato sauce
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 red chili
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tsp sherry vinegar
- 1 lime juice
- 4 ice cubes (optional)
- 0 salt (optional)
- 0 black pepper (optional)
Steps
- Roughly chop the red bell pepper and red chilies.
- Peel and crush the garlic cloves.
- Combine tomato sauce, chopped red pepper, red chilies, crushed garlic, sherry vinegar, and lime juice in a blender.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Season the gazpacho to taste with salt and black pepper.
