Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 6 oz fresh spinach
  • 4 oz feta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Mince the garlic. In a small bowl, toss the spinach with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the pizza dough with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese, then top with the seasoned spinach mixture.
  5. Crumble the feta cheese over the spinach. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
  6. Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven or pizza stone. Bake for 12-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
