Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skin-on turkey breast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Steps

  1. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, then generously sprinkle the spice mixture all over, ensuring the skin is well coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned turkey breast skin-side up in the air fryer basket. Cook for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through if needed for even browning, until an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached.
  5. Remove the turkey breast from the air fryer and let it rest on a cutting board for 10 minutes before slicing.
  6. Slice the turkey breast against the grain and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.
