Air Fryer Turkey Breast

Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skin-on turkey breast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Steps
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, then generously sprinkle the spice mixture all over, ensuring the skin is well coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned turkey breast skin-side up in the air fryer basket. Cook for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through if needed for even browning, until an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached.
- Remove the turkey breast from the air fryer and let it rest on a cutting board for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice the turkey breast against the grain and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.
