Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, these baked breaded pork chops are a comforting and easy weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1½ cup plain breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder

- Place breaded pork chops on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops of the chops with olive oil spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until internal temperature reaches 145 F (63 C) and breading is golden brown and crispy.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
