Baked Lemon Butter Salmon

Ingredients
- 1½ lb salmon fillets
- ½ cup butter
- 2 lemon, juiced
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in a baking dish. Pour the lemon butter sauce over the salmon.
