Baked Pork Chops
Tender baked pork chops seasoned to perfection, offering a simple yet satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless pork chops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
- Place the seasoned pork chops on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from oven, tent with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
