Ingredients

  • 1½ lb boneless pork chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
  5. Place the seasoned pork chops on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Remove from oven, tent with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
