Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin
A succulent pork tenderloin roasted to perfection with a tangy and sweet balsamic glaze.
Ingredients
- 1½ lb pork tenderloin
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork tenderloin for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Pour half of the balsamic glaze over the pork in the skillet. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Baste with remaining glaze halfway through cooking.
- Remove from oven, tent with foil, and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
