Buffalo Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 1½ lb chicken breast
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- 8 cup romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- ¼ red onion
- ½ cup ranch dressing (optional)
- ½ cup blue cheese dressing (optional)
- 2 celery stalks (optional)
- ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Steps
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
