Buffalo Chicken Wrap
A zesty and satisfying wrap featuring spicy buffalo chicken, crisp lettuce, and cool ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
- ¾ cup buffalo sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 cup romaine lettuce
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 2 celery stalks (optional)
- 1 tbsp butter
Steps
- Cook chicken: Dice chicken into 1/2-inch pieces. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Toss with sauce: Reduce heat to low, add buffalo sauce to the skillet, and toss to coat the chicken evenly. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Prepare tortillas: Warm tortillas according to package directions. Lay each tortilla flat.
- Assemble wraps: Divide the buffalo chicken evenly among the tortillas. Top with shredded romaine lettuce and a drizzle of ranch dressing. If desired, sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.
- Roll and serve: Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll up tightly from the bottom. Serve immediately, optionally with celery sticks.
