Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps
These easy-to-make wraps feature tender chicken, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and a creamy ranch dressing all rolled up in a soft tortilla.
Ingredients
- 1½ lb chicken breast
- 8 slices bacon
- ¾ cup ranch dressing
- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Steps
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove bacon, drain excess fat, and crumble.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
- In the same skillet (with a little bacon fat or olive oil), cook chicken until browned and cooked through.
- Warm tortillas briefly in a microwave or dry skillet to make them pliable.
- Spread ranch dressing evenly over each tortilla. Layer with lettuce, cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese (if using).
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then tightly roll it up from the bottom.
- Serve immediately or chill for a quick meal later.
