Chicken Caesar Salad
A classic Caesar salad topped with grilled chicken, crisp romaine, creamy dressing, and crunchy croutons.
Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 heads romaine lettuce
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups croutons
- ¾ cup Caesar dressing
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Steps
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let rest, then slice.
- Wash and chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine, sliced chicken, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.

- Serve immediately.
