Chicken Caesar Wrap
A refreshing and satisfying wrap featuring grilled chicken, crisp romaine, Parmesan, and a creamy Caesar dressing, all tucked into a soft tortilla.
Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- ¾ cup Caesar dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
- ½ cup croutons (optional)
Steps
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice or dice.
- Wash and chop romaine lettuce. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine with shredded Parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing.
- Warm tortillas slightly in a microwave or dry skillet for 10-15 seconds each to make them more pliable.
- Lay out each tortilla. Spoon a portion of the dressed romaine mixture onto the center of each tortilla, then top with a portion of the sliced chicken.
- Add croutons if desired. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll from the bottom up to form a wrap. Slice in half diagonally if preferred and serve immediately.
