Chili Ginger Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 8 lamb loin chops

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed garlic, ginger, lemon juice, olive oil, chili powder, and cumin. Blitz with a hand blender until smooth.
  2. Coat the lamb chops thoroughly with the marinade on both sides.
  3. Marinate the lamb chops in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat a barbecue to high heat.
  5. Grill the lamb chops over the hot coals for 3 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness, still pink and juicy in the center.
