Chili Ginger Lamb Chops
Succulent Turkish lamb chops marinated in a vibrant blend of chili, ginger, garlic, and lemon, then grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- 4 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 8 lamb loin chops
Steps
- In a bowl, combine crushed garlic, ginger, lemon juice, olive oil, chili powder, and cumin. Blitz with a hand blender until smooth.
- Coat the lamb chops thoroughly with the marinade on both sides.
- Marinate the lamb chops in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Preheat a barbecue to high heat.
- Grill the lamb chops over the hot coals for 3 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness, still pink and juicy in the center.
