  • 8 cup romaine lettuce
  • 12 oz cooked chicken breast
  • 4 oz ham
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs

  • ¼ red onion
  • ¾ cup ranch dressing

Steps

  1. Wash and chop romaine lettuce, then divide among four plates or bowls.
  2. Dice cooked chicken, ham, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and cucumber.
  3. Slice hard-boiled eggs into quarters or halves.
  4. Arrange the diced chicken, ham, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, and sliced eggs over the lettuce on each plate.
