A triple-layered classic, this club sandwich features toasted bread, savory turkey and ham, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and ripe tomatoes, all brought together with a creamy mayonnaise spread.

Ingredients

  • 12 slice white bread
  • ¾ lb turkey breast, sliced
  • ½ lb ham, sliced
  • 8 slice bacon
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp salt (optional)
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper (optional)

Steps

  1. Cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
  2. Toast the bread slices to your desired crispness.
  3. Spread mayonnaise evenly on one side of each toast slice.
  4. Layer the first sandwich: Place lettuce, tomato slices, turkey, and bacon on one slice of toast. Top with a second slice of toast.
  5. Continue layering: Add more lettuce, tomato, ham, and the remaining bacon on the second toast slice. Top with the third slice of toast.
  6. Secure each sandwich with toothpicks, then cut into halves or quarters. Serve immediately.
