Fruit and Cream Cheese Breakfast Pastries

- 5 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 puff pastry sheets

Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Lightly flour a surface and roll out each puff pastry sheet slightly to flatten. Cut each sheet into 4 equal squares.
- On two opposite corners of each square, cut an L-shape about ½ inch from the edge, ensuring the cuts do not meet. Fold one cut corner towards the center to form a diamond shape.
- Place 1-2 teaspoons of cream cheese filling in the center of each pastry, then top with a mix of berries.
- Arrange pastries on the prepared baking sheets and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
