This easy one-pan dish features tender chicken breasts coated in a savory garlic parmesan sauce, perfect for a weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 clove minced garlic
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Steps
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

- Remove skillet from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Return chicken to the skillet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 165°F/74°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
