Glazed Pork Tenderloin
A succulent pork tenderloin coated in a sweet and savory glaze, perfect for a satisfying weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 1½ lb pork tenderloin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat pork tenderloin dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork tenderloin for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder to create the glaze.
- Pour half of the glaze over the seared pork tenderloin in the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from oven, brush with the remaining glaze, and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve.
