Ingredients

  • 1½ lb pork tenderloin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat pork tenderloin dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork tenderloin for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder to create the glaze.
  4. Pour half of the glaze over the seared pork tenderloin in the skillet.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove from oven, brush with the remaining glaze, and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve.
