Grilled Mahi-Mahi
Enjoy a taste of the tropics with perfectly grilled mahi-mahi, a lean and flaky fish that's quick to prepare and pairs well with fresh sides.
Ingredients
- 1½ lb Mahi-Mahi fillets
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (optional)
Steps
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400-450°F). Lightly oil the grill grates.
- Pat the mahi-mahi fillets dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush both sides of the mahi-mahi fillets with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the seasoned mahi-mahi on the hot grill. Grill for 3-5 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Remove from grill, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets, and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
