Grilled Mahi-Mahi

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb Mahi-Mahi fillets
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400-450°F). Lightly oil the grill grates.
  2. Pat the mahi-mahi fillets dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush both sides of the mahi-mahi fillets with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Place the seasoned mahi-mahi on the hot grill. Grill for 3-5 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  5. Remove from grill, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets, and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
