Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¾ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400-450°F).
  2. Pat pork chops dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Rub pork chops with olive oil, then generously season both sides with the spice mixture.
  4. Grill pork chops for 4-6 minutes per side, or until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached.
  5. Remove chops from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
