Grilled Pork Chops
Juicy grilled pork chops seasoned simply for a delicious and quick weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tsp kosher salt
- ¾ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)
Steps
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400-450°F).
- Pat pork chops dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Rub pork chops with olive oil, then generously season both sides with the spice mixture.
- Grill pork chops for 4-6 minutes per side, or until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached.
- Remove chops from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
