Grilled Salmon
Enjoy a simple yet elegant grilled salmon, perfectly seasoned and cooked to flaky perfection.
Ingredients
- 1½ lb salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh dill (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Steps
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400-4500F).

- Place salmon skin-side down on the preheated grill. Grill for 6-8 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and the flesh turns opaque about halfway up.
- Carefully flip the salmon and grill for another 3-5 minutes, or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove salmon from the grill. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets and garnish with fresh dill, if using.
- Serve immediately.
