  • 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • 2 green onions (optional)

Steps

  1. Cut chicken thighs into 1-inch pieces.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
