Ingredients
- 1½ lb salmon fillets
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 4 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp ginger
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 2 green onions (optional)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and grated ginger.
- Pat salmon fillets dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
