A creamy and zesty Turkish hummus, made with chickpeas, tahini, garlic, and Greek yogurt, perfect for dipping or spreading.

Ingredients

  • 15 oz chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp tahini paste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1½ tbsp lemon juice

Steps

  1. Drain chickpeas, reserving the liquid.
  2. Combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, and Greek yogurt in a food processor.
  3. Blend until smooth, adding reserved chickpea liquid one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Stir in lemon juice and season to taste.
