Hummus
A creamy and zesty Turkish hummus, made with chickpeas, tahini, garlic, and Greek yogurt, perfect for dipping or spreading.
Ingredients
- 15 oz chickpeas
- 1 tbsp tahini paste
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1½ tbsp lemon juice
Steps
- Drain chickpeas, reserving the liquid.
- Combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, and Greek yogurt in a food processor.
- Blend until smooth, adding reserved chickpea liquid one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- Stir in lemon juice and season to taste.
