Maple Glazed Pork Tenderloin
A perfectly roasted pork tenderloin with a sweet and savory maple glaze, ideal for a comforting weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 1½ lb pork tenderloin
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork tenderloin for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Brush half of the maple glaze over the seared pork. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) is reached. Halfway through roasting, brush with the remaining glaze.
- Remove from oven, tent with foil, and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
