Sheet Pan Crispy Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1½ lb broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken thighs and broccoli florets to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Spread the chicken and broccoli in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and broccoli is tender-crisp, flipping halfway.
- If desired, broil for the last 2-3 minutes to get extra crispy chicken and slightly charred broccoli.
- Garnish with sesame seeds (if using) and serve immediately.
