Enjoy all the classic flavors of a shrimp boil with minimal cleanup, baked conveniently on a single sheet pan.
Ingredients
- 1½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 12 oz smoked sausage (Andouille or Kielbasa), sliced
- 1½ lb baby red potatoes, halved or quartered
- 2 corn on the cob, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon wedges (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- ¼ cup melted butter (optional)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Spread potatoes in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan.
- Roast the potatoes for 15 minutes. While potatoes roast, cut corn into 1-inch pieces and slice sausage.
- Remove sheet pan from oven. Add corn and sausage to the pan with the potatoes. Drizzle with remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with 1/2 tablespoon of Old Bay seasoning. Toss gently to combine.
- Return to oven and roast for another 10 minutes.
- In the same large bowl, toss the shrimp with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1/2 tablespoon of Old Bay seasoning. Add shrimp to the sheet pan.
- Roast for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges, chopped parsley, and melted butter for dipping, if desired.
