Taco Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 oz taco seasoning
- 1 pizza crust
- 15 oz refried beans
- 2 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 cup iceberg lettuce
- 2 tomato
- ½ cup sour cream (optional)
- ¼ cup black olives (optional)
- ¼ cup taco sauce (optional)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, drain fat, then stir in taco seasoning according to package directions.
- Spread refried beans evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle the seasoned ground beef over the refried beans, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- While the pizza bakes, chop lettuce and dice tomatoes.
- Remove pizza from the oven and immediately top with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
- Slice and serve hot, optionally with sour cream, black olives, or extra taco sauce.
