Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup onion
  • 10½ oz cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 16 oz frozen tater tots
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef and diced onion in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder into the beef mixture. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Pour the beef mixture into a 9x9 inch baking dish.
