Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup onion
- 10½ oz cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 16 oz frozen tater tots
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown ground beef and diced onion in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder into the beef mixture. Bring to a simmer.
- Pour the beef mixture into a 9x9 inch baking dish.
