Ingredients

  • 0.3 lb all-purpose flour
  • 4 egg
  • 0.8 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Drizzle sunflower oil into two 4-hole Yorkshire pudding tins or a 12-hole muffin tin and place in the oven to heat.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour and eggs until smooth. Gradually add milk, beating until the batter is completely lump-free. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Carefully remove the hot tins from the oven. Pour the batter evenly into the oiled holes, filling about one-third full.
  4. Return the tins to the oven and bake undisturbed for 20-25 minutes, or until the puddings are puffed up and golden brown.
  5. Serve immediately as a side dish.
