Ingredients

  • 1½ lb salmon fillets
  • ½ cup butter
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley (optional)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley (if using).
  5. Place salmon on the prepared baking sheet and pour the lemon garlic butter sauce evenly over each fillet.
