Mini Cheeseburger Sliders

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 slider buns
- 8 American cheese slices
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp ketchup (optional)
- 2 tbsp mustard (optional)
- ¼ cup pickle slices (optional)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix gently.
- Form the seasoned beef into 8 small, thin patties, sized to fit your slider buns.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
- Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet. Top each with a cooked patty and a slice of American cheese.
- Place the top halves of the buns on top of the cheese. Bake for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and buns are lightly toasted.
- Serve immediately with desired condiments like ketchup, mustard, and pickle slices.
